The location proved very convenient. It was just next to the metro. It made moving around simple. The proximity to the Colosseum was also ideal. A short walk brought me there. The staff gave friendly service. I left my luggage after checkout, helpful.
The front of the building needs some work. Graffiti covered the door, and it looked rather neglected. There were no recent inspection signs. The windows offered no sun blackout at all. Thin curtains let the early light in.

i stayed for several nights. the family room i booked was really big, worked well for my family. the kitchen area had what we needed. a big help was two bathrooms, it made mornings quicker. plus, they cleaned the rooms every day that was a nice bonus.
the front door does need a paint job. the graffiti outside makes it look less inviting.

this location is great and the metro is close. a bus stop right nearby is very practical. you can walk to the main sights like the colosseum in about fifteen minutes it is handy.

the staff that i met was really friendly, and always ready for help. the self check-in system worked without hassle. the staff response to my needs was prompt. i did appreciate the daily cleaning.
